I was going to just delete this, but, instead, I'll just go ahead and say my piece.

While FUBeAR stated this quite nicely, I will reiterate:

coward - noun - a person who lacks the courage to do or endure dangerous or unpleasant things.

These young men are all between the ages of 18 and 23, in college, committing their time and effort to pursuing not only their athletic goals but their academic ones, and, in case you missed it, had a teammate murdered a few short weeks ago, and had two of their leaders and starters suspended.  Lacking courage or refraining from doing unpleasant things is hardly how I would describe them.

Coming on to a message board anonymously and saying things such as this without identifying yourself is actually the very definition of cowardly.  Since you clearly aren't interested in enduring the unpleasantness of actually identifying yourself.  These young men, however, proudly and bravely put themselves in front of everyone live and on video and represent the university.

So, my two guesses are these:  You are either 1) a kid, perhaps a peer of these young men, and are too young to realize how obnoxious, stupid, and gutless YOU are actually acting by doing this.  Or, 2) you're an old man like I am, and you are equally obnoxious, stupid, and gutless for going after young people anonymously on the internet when you should have done enough living to know it's pathetic.

So, rather than being prescriptive, and just nuking your nonsense, I'll leave it here so anyone else who wants to weigh on on how they feel about your actions can.  My suggestion would be to raise your hand, identify yourself, and make whatever statements you want to make in the light of day like an adult would.

Or, just go away.  I'm fine with either.

I laugh at those who say this team is persevering and dealing with adversity.

You think laying down and going on a long losing streak to 6 miserable opponents is dealing with adversity? This team just lost on the road to one of the worst teams in the entire nation. This team is pathetic, and so are all of you.

Anyway, this forum doesn't push anonymity. And it doesn't matter if you are acting like a decent human being.

You clearly said our team, implying it isn't yours. You're clearly choosing to stream the games online. I just don't understand why it's so important to you if you have no connection, aren't affiliated with the University, and live 800 miles away. You just picking random mid-majors, watching games, and going on to message boards acting like a jackass for fun? There's plenty of college teams in your area. Go hang out on a DePaul message board.
