I'm taking my 5 year old niece to the last game of the season in two weeks. Is there any events around the stadium or a chance to see the team walk in? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Kickoff is 3 PM, so the "BearWalk" will start @ 12:30 - The Band, Cheerleaders, and Players all walk from the Connell Student Center (I think that's where it starts) to the Stadium via the sidewalk that runs with the University Center (where the Players all 'high-five' the BIG Bear statue) on their right and Stetson Hall and the Softball Field on their left. Many Fans line the way to Cheer and High-Five their Bears, while the Band plays and the Cheerleaders do some Cheer/Chants while they are walking. There are often other events on the Intramural Field, which is between the Scoreboard end of 5 Star Stadium and the Softball Field and other areas around the stadium, but I'm not sure what they have planned for the Furman Game... ...other than Sr. Day for the Players... ...which they would NEVER try to combine with Homecoming, as some schools do!  |

Usually the intramural field has the bouncy house.

ENTRY FORM: Mercer BBQ Cook.docx - ENTRY FORM: Mercer BBQ Cook20 teams needed to have a good BBQ Cook-Off. Certified form with all of the rules that apply per the GA BBQ Assoc is available. This will be a non-sanctioned BBQ cook-off however due to certain specifics. There will be certified judges so there wont be any disputes with the judging. Anyone can enter, pro teams or beginners so come one, come all. Mercer staff, friends, alum, supporters are all welcome to enter.
