Hey see the projections but were is mr. Lakes I have no knowledge on Alex Lakes' plans to return for his 5th year or not either. Obviously, he has been VERY banged up the past 2 seasons. I know the broken ribs and punctured lung in 2015 were very painful, yet he gutted it out and played as much as he could. I'm not real sure about the nature of his injuries this year - knee AND ankle, I think. But, it wasn't hard to see that he wasn't able to perform up to his 2014 'self' due to those injuries...except when he DID, like against WCU and then the 2nd half of the FU game...

Playing injured (not "hurt" - everybody plays "hurt") makes it even harder. He needs to make the right decision for himself and his future. I, for one, am sure proud of him, whatever he decides to do! |
