What size recruiting class do you expect Mercer to land? 25+? Lol at FUBeAR. 25 would be a lot, IMO. My guess is it would be closer to 20? Maybe less? Will be interesting to see what the strategy is. I think people on the outside are looking at the "30 seniors graduated" thing and think the cupboard is "bear" and we are all of a sudden really thin. But, it's important to remember a lot of this class were kids that came in the practice year and were a part of the first non-scholarship, PFL season. And that was a huge amount of people, because you had to field a team for the first year (I think a little over 100 players came in that first practice season.)

I imagine the coaching staff has seen this coming for a while and has prepared for it. I will be interested to see what they do. It is difficult to even speculate how scholarships are divided up, but just looking at the current roster and subtracting the seniors will leave a fairly unique roster construction problem.

Unique insofar as most programs don't lose roughly 1/3 of their current roster in one offseason. I count the Mercer roster at between 80-90 players. They will lose somewhere around 30 of them. That is not an issue most FCS teams are facing this offseason, which is why I consider it unique.
Now, Mercer returns a lot of talent. I'm sure their coaching staff has been prepared for this contingency for quite some time. I'm just interested to see how they address depth.

I've watched the film of the Mcbride kid and wasn't impressed. He didn't come off the ball hard and has poor technique. I believe he might be a miss. Just wondering y'alls thoughts on him?

I think, or, unfortunately, it may be more accurate to say, I would like to think that I would never publicly make a negative comment about the abilities and/or performance of a 16-23 year old amateur athlete.

Not sure if this is a Commitment Tweet or an Offer Tweet or what exactly. Anyway, tall QB from AL who looks like he can spin it pretty darn well. Other Tweeted offers from Stetson and Olivet Nazarene. This Tweet is "pinned," but the offer Tweets from Stetson and Olivet Nazarene are not, so...
