I have heard the George Mason Patriots will be coming to Macon. Mason has a new coach and a few players left. A win over an A-10 team would look good.

November 16 for the George Mason game. Too bad it isn't a weekend game.

They aren't a junior college. It's a 4 year private school. However, they play in the NCCAA. No knowledge of why they would schedule this. I do have a couple of guesses, tho. Could just be logistics because We will already be in Tennessee for the Music City tournament. Or, Coach Hoffman might know their coach or athletic director. Or, finally, it's just a scheduled down game. Hiawassee also has Chattanooga and Western Carolina on their schedule this year (also SoCon schools).

They aren't a junior college. It's a 4 year private school. "The college offers four baccalaureate programs: Equine Science, Equine Management and Training, Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts, and Pastoral Studies." But historically a junior college and with the exception of these four questionable majors still a junior college.

I'd like to see them open the schedule with a game against Middle GA State U. one year. If they can open against Allen then why not Mid GA.

George Mason will be without its second-leading returning scorer Patrick Hollaway. He was suspended for the first six games due to academics.
