The Bears visit the 3-11 Owls on Wednesday, December 30 at 2:00. Game will be on ESPN3.
Al Skinner, formerly HC at Rhode Island and Boston College, is in his first year with the Owls.
KSU has struggled since moving up to D1 play and joining the A-Sun. This is a total rebuild for Skinner.

I am ok with playing KSU, but would have preferred to schedule Georgia State. I wonder how many fans we will have at the game?

Always fired up to beat Kennesaw!! Let's go Bears!! After playing against Ohio State, this should be night and day.

ksu season ticket holder here.
just wanted to drop in and compliment the mercer students. you had 40-50 students travel to the game, standing up and cheering the entire time. good luck the rest of the season.

There were a ton of Mercer people there. A few hundred, I'd guess. Good lively crowd.
I have seen this game in person the last 4 times we've played them and I can tell you, this Kennesaw team is the best once we've played recently. Even a couple of years ago when they beat us at Kennesaw. Very athletic, good shooters, very active on defense. It's seems like that building always gives us trouble, but this is a better KSU team than their record might indicate. Gave us all we wanted.
