...according to Southern Pigskin... www.southernpigskin.com/socon/socon-top-100/16. Marquise Irvin, WR 25. Sam Walker, TE 28. Thomas Marchman, OL 29. Alex Lakes, RB 39. Isaiah Buehler, DL 43. Caleb Yates, OL 48. Will Coneway, LB All SoCon Players Cole Fisher, K; Chandler Curtis, WR/RS & Tee Mitchell, RB not on the list at all. Hmmm? Also, Mercer's leading tackler and Defensive MVP, Lee Bennett, LB is not on the list. 7 other LB's are deemed better. Hmmm?

Sorry for previous blank post. Was having my Salmon at the stream loading up for winter and forgot to post correctly!!!! Lol. But wanted say your assessment was spot on and probably could include a few other Bears, Avery Ward has been overlooked in a lot of this as he has had a strong career to this point. Leads team in career receprions, yards, and avg yards/ catch.
Maybe even 2nd team pre-season Socon team as well 7 games played yet out performed the guy that was selected.
Shows how deep we really are in our skill positions.

IMO, if 84 plays @ Woffy, the LittleDogs just couldn't have matched up without taking a guy out of the box & then the Bears can run it...and the whole complexion of that game changes...enough that the Bears win & the whole story of the SoCon 2016 season may have looked a lot different. Instead, 84 goes down that week in practice, AFTER the game plan 'hay is in the barn' and with some wins on special teams & success on trick plays, Woffy steals a win over the Bears and rides it to the FCS Quarterfinals (shoulda been the semi's...at least). So interested to see the Bears this Fall with, HOPEFULLY ALL HEALTHY, 84, 13, 8, 87, & 88 snaggin' balls, while 27, 28, & 7 (new 7...not John Russ) are churning up the turf. With 78, 65, et al, getting things done up front...nobody's gonna STOP that. They can only hope to contain it!

No i was referring to the 2nd team selection of the WR Stovall 12 games 390+/- yards and 2 TD. Think that was a spot he could have gotten consideration as all others were strong.
