Since I hung around your board so much in the off season, I thought is would be only right to give you guys a parting shot.
Congratulations to the Mercer football team and to the Mercer fans. The team came to Cullowhee clearly ready to play and did what you had to do to win an away game. I truly thought we would be better (but I've thought that every year for over 40+ years now).
Good Luck to the Bears the remainder of the season, maybe this is your year.
