On Sunday the Bears travel to Cullowhee to take on the 7-12 Catamounts.
Sagarin has Mercer favored by 5. I am surprised it isn't more. WCU has not looked good so far. Even though it is on the road, I expect a double digit win for the Bears.

If the Bears are a 5 point favorite on the road, that means they'd be around 11 at home. I think that sounds right. Let's go out there and get some frustration out from the last game! Go Bears!!

Announcer just said the Mercer rebounding differential was "surprising". That comment is surprising, considering we still in an average +10.g rebounding margin and WCU us currently at -0.5 for the season.

Mercer has a ton of strengths, but they've gotta cut down on the turnovers. That's probably the key to the entire season.

There's about 200 people there. I think that's counting players, coaches, officials, announcers, and medical staff. ...and I just heard the announcer say Admission is FREE and Hot Dogs are $1.00. Over 10,000 students on campus in Cullowhee. I know they have some ice up there...but jeez, that's awful! |
