Back to reality, Mercer (or Chatty or any SoCon team) is not so much better than another SoCon team that any game is a sure thing. Davidson we are not. Yet. The regular season in a one-bid conference is for is for conference tournament seeding only. And the path of first or second or third isn't that much different. That's the truth right now. Mercer can still make a regular season run, but the tournament is the big prize for sure. |

Not a good sign for Ringer and Lewis to not be on the bench. That probably means we will not see them dressed out for the rest of the season.

Looks like admin needs to get rid of some posters. I don't care at all to read this vermin. Totally inappropriate. The slurs are one thing, but don't call this team gutless either. They have been through incredible adversity this year and I don't see anyone giving up.
I am not saying we can't be critical. But there is a right way to do it and these posters aren't doing it the right way. They need to go.

Considering what has happened this season, I am not surprised by the team struggling. These are 18 to 22 year olds who have lost a teammate/friend/family member in the worst way possible. We need to support the players and coaches now more than ever.
We are a family.
