Maybe the kid has a future in sales. I give him
a pass by being a little of on the exact score. He has been pretty busy with other things and not just football . He graduated in 3 years while playing football and being a cadet. A task that is almost impossible and he is the first in school history to do so. He wears #5 and play de so I am sure you will see plenty of him tonight in your offensive backfield. He is not the fastest or most talented on out d but finds a way to always be around the ball.

As difficult as it is when facing El Cid, I try, try, try to never, never, never comment negatively about any individual student athlete. Coaches, on the other hand, are highly paid professionals (in most cases) and are 'fair game' (in my book) for criticism and negative comments. I'm sure you'll find a way to also justify his ridiculous mis-characterization of the 2014 game and his excuse-making ('we sat on our big lead'...yeah...that's the ticket...that's how a team playing with mostly walk-on's and a few scholarship Freshmen narrowly missed converting a 2-point play at the end and beating our never-lost-a-football-game-in-the-entire-history-of-our-school-(in-our-minds) Bulldogs).
